(1). Electrical wiring

(a) Pump power cables for the four cores, three power lines, a ground wire; pump equipped with a

protective device with corresponding control cables; pump cable cores have different functions

signage signs, see below table : In strict accordance with the identification card

cores indicated the same identity with the control cabinet wiring terminals. With a multimeter check

the ground wire core wire with the respective resistance values should be consistent with the

requirements of the table. Ground wire must be grounded.

(b) It should be always test insulation resistance during installation, detecting the motor insulation

resistance shall not be less than 5MΩ after descend the well ; Connect the electrical equipment will be

enabled.

two connector of three-phase power cable .

(2). Install Way:

1. Power supply 50Hz , 380V , 3-phase , ACpower .

2. The highest temperature of medium shall not exceed 40 ℃, the medium does not contain

flammable gases.

3. The maximum volume of concentration solid particles is 30% in medium and the maximum

medium density is 1.2kg / L.

4. The unit maximum diving depth does not exceed the 20 meters, the minimum diving depth

to drown motor prevail.

5. Unit in the medium with vertical to work for good , operating mode for continuous operation.
