Yes, samples in small quantity would be free of charge, but the freight should be paid in

advance or freight collect. Quality of the products you’ll purchase would be the same as that of samples.

4.What’s your payment terms?

T/T,L/C at sight. Western Union and Paypal are also available if it is convenient for you.

5.How about delivery time?

Within 3-7days for stock goods,10-20days for customized products after receiving the prepayment or relevant L/C.

6. How do you pack the products?

Hoses will be wrapped by plastic film and packed in woven bags, Pallets are available if it is necessary.

7.Can you print on the products as per our requests?

Yes, we could print images or words on the products, such as your logo ,brand etx,if you buy in bulk.

8. How to book rubber hose?
In order to book a suitable hose for your usage, we need the specific parameters about it including inside diameter, outside diameter, length of it, working pressure, flow capacity, the medium through it.

9.How long can it be used?

The warrant time varies by the working condition. In normal condition, it can reach 12 months.

10.Hose assembly service?
 It's no problem for us to provide rubber hose assembly service, I.E .install hose coupling on rubber hose as per customer's requirements.
