Used for producing PET-BCF by processing of extruding, melting, spinning and drawing ,consisted of spinning machine ,drawed-winder

 Chips→ extruder→extruding head→melt pipe with static mixer→ spinning beam with oil heating →quenching delay→ quenching chamber → oiling system  → feeding roller →migration nozzle→  2 pairs of hot godet →textile jet→cooling pan→interlacing jets→ take-up winder →  final product
