 1.Production Introduction:

In the manufacturing technology of high viscosity emulsifying materials especially cream and ointment etc. Materials, the common problem is that during the blending, the products are mixed with air, which will cause product aerification, bacteria pollution and oxidation, leading to bad quality of finished products. For this, Biaoxin adopts vacuum emulsifier to prevent the materials from being mixed with unclean bubbles through the method of vacuum exhaustion in the vessel during the blending and emulsifying, so that high quality products with luster, fine quality and good ductility can be manufactured. Biaoxin vacuum emulsifying and blending device is sanitary and clean, which is applicable to high cleanliness workshop required by GMP standard.

2. Use:

  BXZRH vacuum emulsifying mixer combines the latest Germany technology and world advanced unique functions. It's main components are imported from abroad. With new structure, superior function, and use central processing unit to make it ascend and lift down freely. The complete obturation vacuum status with inner and outer circulation system, and the special homogenizer make it absorb the materials from bottom. All these make it very suitable for the production of cream with powder, and has greatly improved the production efficiency and good quality.
