Blow-Fill-Seal machine is specially designed. It blows/extrude pharmaceutical grade PP/PE into container, fill and seal fully automatically. It runs continuously quickly (about 11-18 seconds). All these functions are fulfilled under aseptic condition and products will not expose on bacteria condition. This kind of Blow-Fill-Seal technology without bacteria particle or pyrogen is highly recommended by USP;

Blow-Fill-Seal system is a kind of advanced aseptic technolohy. The biggest advantage of this machine is to reduce outer pollution human-contamination, environment pollution and marerial pollution. It conbines many processes into one machine, whic fulfills extrude, form, fill and seal functions into machine , It ensures products safe and high qualified.

Characteristics
BFS machine conforms to Black/White zoning configuration and this module configuration spearates filling(white zone) from auxiliary device zone (black zone). Mahchine is divided by SS panel which is closed to wall. All particles source such as pump, panel blower, hydraulic system, electrical unit and cutting devices are placed into auxiliary device zone(black zone). Auxiliary device zone to filling zone (white zone ) keeps negative pressure, so the clean room space decreases greatly.
High-risk filling-sealing station: the machine itself contains classs A air flushing device which is used for protecting against outer air pollution in flling & sealing parts, by way of exchanging aseptic filling area.Pressure difference between class A air flushing zone and its surrounding environment should be no less than 10Pa. Take online particle sample on air flushing room (Optional) Clean air pipes can realize SIP.
