Energy saving environmental continuous biomass carbonization stove

Differences from usual carbonization furnace/stove                

1. Continue working, one side to feed sawdust one side to get charcoal

 1.How to control the temperature?

A. Start carbonizing when the bottom temperature reach to 400 degrees Celsius
B. Usually during carbonization, the top temperature reach to 300-400 degrees Celsius inner the furnace, the bottom temperature reach 800-900 degrees Celsius. 
C. Temperature should be regulated based on the temperature monitor in control cabinet. 
D. Please keep the carbonization temperature stable through second burner.
2. Why it is environmental friendly, no pollution?
A. The gas come out from gasifier, through purification, to separate the wood tar, wood acid, Water spray to remove dust, finally get the pure gas 
B.The gas come out from carbonization stove, through purification, to separate the wood tar, wood acid, water spray to remove dust, finally get the pure gas. The pure gas recycle, together with the pure gas from gasifier as heating source of carbonization.
