General description:

The recycling PP film extruder pellet line mainly used to recycle some large clean hdpe pe film or bag and make them into granules with good plasticizing effection. The granules will be used for extruding pe pipe or blowing film etc.
We design the aggromerator and the single screw extruder two in one ,the aggromerator can work and feed the aggromerated particles into the extruder continually to get higher output.
According to the quality and material and shape our customers require for the granules,we can make recycling pp pe granulation into one or two step plasticizing with water ring or string type pelletizing and cooling type .

Machine composition:

Belt conveyor : Feeding Raw Material Into Agglomerator
Compactor : Cutting and densifying the film or bag ,film and bag will become plastic particles and be feeded into the extruder continually.
Extruder : Melting the plastic particles from the agglomerator and removing the air and moisture out of the material.
Screen exchanger :Removing various impurities from the plastic ,controled by hydaulic station
Die face cutter : cutting the plastic into round and oblate granules,controlled by inverter .
Water cooling system : contain water pump ,water ring cooling chamber and water tank.
Vertical centrifugal dryer : drying
Vibrator sieve or shaker : Removing some small and big granules away ,getting the suitable granules we need,the separated granules can be feeded into the agglomerator again.
Blower and silo :storage
