we greatly recommend you our turnkey Plant of waste tire recycling project, which could process about 24Ton whole tire waste tires into useful tire oil and fine carbon black, steel scraps and combustible organic pyrogas.
The project is high-automatic level, energy saving, environment friendly, easy operation and low maintenance and high profitable, only consumed its own tire oil and combustible oil, recyclable cooling water, which consists of automatic tire shredder plant, tire pyrolysis plant, coarse carbon black milling plant, carbon black pelletizing plant and carbon black auto weighting and packing machine.
Each day it processes 24Ton whole waste tire, getting 10Ton tire oil, 7Ton carbon black, 4Ton steel scraps and 3Ton pyrogas.
The tire oil could be used as fuel oil for boiler heating, like in cement factory, glass factory, building factory, or could used as chemical resource to extract different chemical elements for chemical raw materials to have more extra-value.
The carbon black after milling and pelletizing, similar to N330, N990, could be used as filler in rubber industry to make rubber shoe soles, rubber cushion pad, rubber pipe, rubber cover, bike tire, motorcycle tire, colorant, etc.
The steel scraps could be sold with a good price for recycling.
The pyrogas is good combustible, which could be burned with gas burners to heat for the pyrolysis reactor, saving energy.
