Q:What Payment terms we accept  ?

1.We usually accept 30% deposit by TT as deposit for regular size machine, balance before shipment. 

And 50% deposit by TT as deposit for customized machine, balance before shipment.

Q:Delivery time

1.Vertical baler needs about 20 days after receiving deposit.

2.Horizontal balers under 315 tons need about 45 days after receiving deposit and above 400 tons need about 75 days after receiving deposit.

Q: How to Install ?

For alligator cutting machine, you can install it according to the user munual.

Q:Voltage

Usually it requires 380V, 3 phase,50-60Hz. We also can design different voltages according to your requirement, such as 220V,415V, 450V etc. 

You just need to tell us your voltage value before manufacturing.

Q:Maintenance

When the oil temperature is lower than 15 ℃ (you can check it on the tank gauge), you should take some right actions to make the oil temperature up to 15-20 ℃, then it can continue to work ; 

when the oil temperature is higher than 60 ℃ , you should stop the machine asap.
