• The first step is to start the power supply, and then turn to software system to open the key switch on the control panel, and then start the oil pump, so you will hear the rotation of the pump.(the machine don’t move)

• The second is stroke control. Attention! Attention! Attention! Please remember to adjust stroke during press brake operation. Commissioning is necessary before bending process. When the press brake upper tooling moves to the bottom, there must exist a clearance at least equal to the thickness of plate. Otherwise, it will cause damage to the mold and machine. Stroke adjustment has two methods, one is electric adjustment and the other one is manual adjustment.

• Third is choosing of bending notch. Generally, choose width 8 times than plate thickness. For example, if the thickness of bending sheet is 4 mm, then should choose about 32mm notch width.

• Fourth is back gauge adjustment – including electric adjustment and manual fine adjustment, similar to plate shears.

• Final ,step the pedal switch to start bending. There is a difference between Press brake and shearing machine . Shearing machine can loosen anytime. But press brake will stop, once loosen the feet. You need to depress footstep switch continue to start machine.
