Product Description

MD7480K,MD74125K Vertical Spindle Die Grinding Machine with Rotary Work Table is multi-functional surface-grinding machine mainly to process work pieces on the rotary work table by the circumference of the grinding wheel on the spindle.

There are two models of this machine: magnetic and nonmagnetic; the vertical pillar and the machine tool bed are connected by the three-point position regulation system, which helps to process the work piece into inside cave shape or crown shape; the spindle is able to rotate ±45o around both the horizontal and vertical axis. The grinding wheel spindle is driven by a loaded electric motor; the grinding wheel is in the use of either cup/dish shaped or even distributed trapezoid carborundum brick wheels around the circumference.

This machine is mainly used in the surface grinding process of disc type work. This machine is widely used, in the plants manufacturing or using cooling dies, for the integral grinding of dies with shank or guide-pillar, or to grind an inside cave shaped or crown shaped bench surface on a circular disc type work piece. this machine is also able to grind disc type work pieces with requirement lower than 6-degree accuracy.
