Applications and Cautions
1. First arrange the carton boards which needs to be cleaned, make sure
all edges flushed. Before running the machine, please make sure there are
cuts on the four edges of the carton boards. The distance of each cuts
should be adjusted according to different sizes of boards. Makes
breakpoints between boards and waste edges, the margins should be
more than 5mm.
2. Applicable Paper Range: 200-500gsm cartons, single/double corrugated
boards and laminated cartons.
Tips
1. User-equipped air compressor. In order to maintain normal operating, we
recommend the use of pressure regulators and automatic oiling/ filtering
systems on the main air supply. All tools are operated with compressed air
at an optimum pressure of 0.63 bar and the air need to be drying, so we
suggest customers to install an air filter on compressor output.
2. Regularly clean the paper powder or dust in the caps, in order to keep
normal operating:
Air carton waste cleaner (small teeth): For cardboard products.
Air carton waste cleaner (medium teeth): For cardboard and Corrugated
paper products.
