Q:How to pay you?
A:We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union as well as ESCROW. For small amount, Western Union & ESCROW are recommended.

Q:What's your working time?
A:Regular opening hours: 8:30-12:00 and 13:00-17:30 from Monday to Friday. We work on shifts on Saturday.

   A short notice of our holiday would be posted on our website before our national holidays.

Q:Do you have any agent in my country?
A:We do only direct-selling. But in case of various situation that a local seller is much more convenient, we will check our selling record and ask the nearest buyer to contact you.

Q:What will be the delivery time?
A:We usually keep small quantity of stock on regular items for immediate delivery. Please check with us again before ordering in case of any possible changes on stock.

Our factory is about 40 minutes ride from railway station and bus station while our downtown office is within 15 minutes' ride. But if you want to check the manufacturing process, factory is a better choice.
