The Automatic Packing Line of Suntech ST-ARPM Factory sale Customizable fabric roll packing machine from China

1) The fabric rolls are transported by the Inlet Conveyor to the Main Packing Unit for both 

width and side sealing through polythene film.

 2) The width and diameter of the coming rolls are detected by the intelligent photoelectric 

sensors and optical fibers so as to ensure there will be no polythene film wastage during 

packing.

 3) On the completion of side sealing, the packed fabric rolls are transferred to the Heat 

Chamber so as to crimp the polythene tightly over the fabric roll, which ensures avacuum 

packing effect.

 4) The complete system is PLC controlled and the electrical components are placed inside a 

separate operation box for the convenience of the operator and the maintenance staff.

 5) The complete system can work independently and/ or online work together with Fabric 

Inspection Machines for time being.

Q1:What is the packing material? Can we find it in our market?

A1: It is the most common polythene film with 60-80 microns, very easy to get it in your market.

Q2: What is the packing speed?

A2: Our ST-ARPM-180I can pack 300 to 420 rolls/hr, which means it can pack 2400 to 3360 rolls/eight hour.

Q3: How many Fabric Inspection Machines could link with one Packing Machine at the same time ?

A3: 10sets.

Q4:What is the electrical specs? Can I use the machine directly in my country?

A4: It is 3 phase, 380v and 50hz; we could make it suitable for different countries.

Q5: Is the control panel in English?

A5: Yes, it is in English.

Q6: How long is the warranty? If any problems, how to solve it?

A6: 13 months from the date of shipment. If any quality problems within warranty, Suntech will

responsible for it, and send new replacements.

Q7: Will you provide free spare parts along with the machine?

A7: Yes, 5% to 10% free spare parts will be sent with the machine.
