KYB series Self-priming movable pump is our the newest style pump , with strong self
priming ,high shaft power utilization,long service life . It can be application in wide field ,like
work with diesel engine when there is no electric in terrible environment ,as a good
movable fire pump in specifical environment .its most advantage is that it's necessary to
pour oil before pump working ,it can pump and transfer oil automatically ,and it is OK to pump
gungo and normal sundry and work with air inner . It will be high work efficiency to use this
pump to clean bottom oil ,reduce waste and i mprove economic efficiency .

6:contact with driven motor or diesel engine by elastic coupling ,and install on public chassis
7: this series pump use packing seal ,with g ood elasticity and high temperature resistance ,stable
chemical properties and and moist change flexible graphite as packing .this produce can pump and
distribute kerosene ,diesel .liquefied petroleum gas ,and some lubricants whose moving viscosity
under 200 degree ,it can pump gasoline,benzene with bronze impeller ,it is mainly used to
pump .loading and sweeping oil stock ,railway station ,and gas station,it can be used in bowser or
oil truck ,and with cast iron impeller ,it can be used as moving fire pump ,too.

Used and Precautions
1: Please do as follow specific standards and requirements in explosion environment .
2: Operate ,protect ,safety common sense and procedure electric circuit system as follow oil
truck .make up ground line well .
3: No working without liquid optionally , don't working without liquid exceed 2 minutes when
operation .
4: wether the direction of rotation is right ,(direction of rotation is direction of rotation when we
look into from pump to motor)
5:when power on , motor can't turn normally ,turn off power immediately ,find out cause ,prevent
burnt out motor .
6:Store pump in professional interior ,don't wet pump by water or other liquid when using ,prevent
wheel from oil liquid and gungo .
7:Please choose 3*1.5+1*1 larger capacity high quality rubber cable as power line . 15A air
switch ,as the same time ,please short distance between cable length and switch with pump working
place .

8: Power on ,start motor instantly,look into wether direction of motor and direction of arrow are
unanimous on pump body front cover from motor wind hood ,or adjust power line connector lug.
9:Transfer pipe are wire braided hose wich is fit to the pump ( discharge pie can be PE flexible
tube or proof rubber tubes ) join KCB standard hose female connector and tighten by pipe
clamp ,then connect with inlet&outlet ,suction hose less 8m ,discharge hose less 40m .
10:It can start working after finishing electric circuit and transfer pipes ,it will pump well after 1
minutes operation later ,or check up and analysis causes ,solve problem ,
11: the pump have good self-priming ,it's necessary to pour liquid before working , neither lubricant
on daily work .
12:the pump deliver motive power by elastic coupling ,and compensate small deviation caused by
installation ,also it is good at buffering when there is liquid pressure during operation .
13: before work over ,take away hose from oil level ,drain oil then power OFF.
14:After hours , rive discharge valve in pump shell bottom , turn motor coupling by hand to drain
oil .
15: cast iron material pump need to maintain when transfer water ,overhaul per 15 days ,add rust
powder to prevent pump from rust .
