1. Working power supply: DC12V-24V 1A or AC9V-18V 1A; with anti-lightning protection circuit, stable and reliable.
2. 8 Bits high performance single chip microcomputer control: programme storage space: 32K; Data storage space: 16K(If have specific needs), save date and the data will not lose when the power is cut off.
3. One communication interface: one channel RS232 interface, can be used to download the programme and communicate with computer and other upper computers.
4. I/O:
1)8 channels photoelectric isolation digital quantity input: Input voltage range: DC12V-24V, also can be customized 5V(need special instructions before buying), input current is 5-10MA; can be used to detect external singles of the sensors’ input, such as photoelectric sensor, infrared sensors, hall sensors, proximity switch, inching switch and other digital quantity input devices.
2)4 channels relay output can effectively prevent the product on the electric instant misoperation, stable and reliable. Relay can load the AC voltage 125V-277V, the max output current is 10A-12A.
3) 4 channels analog input can external connect 4 channels analog voltage signal, collect voltage range is 0-10V, acquisition precision can up to 18 bits
4)4 channels analog output can external 4 channels analog control device (such as proportional valves etc.), voltage output precision can be up to 12 bits.
5. Programme download instruction: Connect the serial port communication cable between the computer and controller, download the HEX file to the controller by the STC-ISP download software.(Attention: There is on-off power process during the period the download)
6. System stability: have industrial-grade anti-lightning protection, strong resistance to electromagnetic interference, high reliability, no crash phenomenon
7. Two working type: Support independent control(Logic automatic control by programme wrote by Keil C) and RS232 serial port monitor( need write upper computer and lower computer)
