Made from high tensile stainless steel, woven into a fine mesh, it is hard to cut and break.

We have full production capability of weaving, flatten, cutting, powder coating for our mesh. Only tested security mesh is selected to guarantee our customer have a high-quality product.

Raw Material:

Galvanized steel wire, Low carbon steel wire, 201 stainless steel wire, 304 stainless steel wire, Marine grade 316 stainless steel wire  

 Difference between stainless steel 316 and 304
1) Stainless steel 316
It is high tensile AISI316 stainless steel wire, tolerance(+/-0.01mm), tensile strength can reach to 1100-1150N. The holes are square and the wires are very strong (not sliding), screen surface is flattened after we weave the wires to mesh screen.

2) Stainless steel 304

The powder coating we use is CamelPaint black powder or Akzo Nobel podwer coating. can guarantee 10years, no fade.

Our mesh has passed 3006 Hour Salt Spray Tests, and 534 hours UV Test equivalent to 30 years exposure.
