Working principle

    This machine is of horizontal vibrating mill. Material is fed into the crushing through a hopper and crushed through collision and grinding with grinding bar inside the chamber under the effect of vibration. Furthermore, it is equipped with water cooling unit to control temperature inside the crushing chamber. Designed according to GMP standard and wholly made of stainless, this equipment can be operated under full close condition without dust flying and environmental pollution.

Main application :

As a horizontal vibrating pulverizer, the machine, with cooling water device to control the chamber temperature, utilizes the impact of grinding stick and material that is fed from the hopper to the grinding chamber. The whole machine, designed according to GMP standard, is made of stainless steel, and is operated under a closed state, so as to avoid dust flying and environmental pollution.
