Application:
High speed high torque gearbox used in twin screw extruder.
Advantages:
The compact host machine features integrated speed reduction and torque transfer with a desigh of parallel three axles. Gears adopt high quality alloy material, precision manufacture according to ISO1328-1995 cylinder gear precision. Gears all adopt carburizing and quenching hard tooth surface. Using special gear grinding software to carry out the tooth profile, thus ensure gear strength, even tooth load, high strength,low noise, low vibration; Through improvement on multi-aspect,new generation B-type gearbox has the following features;
1) Greatly enhanced the loading capability and power configuration, output speed up to 600rpm.
2) Use external style lubrication system, convienent for maintenance
3) Tubular condenser.
4) Bearing use imported brand.
The Gear Box is Composed of:
Involute gear teeth spline to connect output shaft with screw core shaft
- Integrated thrust bearing assembly
- Bearing and gear are forced to adopt oil lubrication system
- Lower parts of gearbox is designed as oil tank
