PREFABRICATED HOUSE also call unit house, it has already come into wide use in developed countries. It is positioned single storey container house and designed to hoist at site, easy to install, swift and convenient to carry. This kind of house requests low standard ground foundation and bears strong capability to adapt to environment. Therefore, it can be widely used in the temporary housings in the construction sites, commercial, civil and military areas.

The groupware will be prefabricated in the factory. The main structure is prefabricated as each pole style with prefab joint hole and wedge. The keel of wall, floor, roof will be prefabricated into  large pieces. The interior trim equipments and the materials of decoration are flat packed separately.

The main tructure of 100m2 will be finished by 6 skilled workers who will take 1 day, and the extemal and interior decoration will be completed by 6 skilled workers who will take 2 days on site.

The structure groupware are bundled together, and the interior trim equipments and the materials of decoration are flat packed separately, then shipped to the destination.
