Hot dipped galvanized steel wire is made through a complex process. First, the steel rod should be drawn through powder drawing and water drawing. Second, thinner steel wire will be washed by acid, so the wire will be much cleaner. Third, if we want the steel wire is flexible and soft, it should be annealed. Fourth, it will be coated with zinc, then it will be corrosion prevention.

There are two ways to make the galvanized steel wire, hot dip and electro. Most customers prefer hot dipped galvanized steel wire to electro galvanized wire, for the former one is much stable and it would not be rusty for many years outdoor.

The zinc coating can be adhered uniformly on steel wire through our technology. And in hot dip process, 40-230g per square meters can be coated on steel wire, while only 8-20g per square meters would be coated in electro process.
