1.Machine introduction of Copper Wire Recycling Machine:

Copper Wire Recycling Machine (also named Copper Cable Granulator) is specialized in recycling scrap copper wires or cables,whose diameter should be below 25mm,such as Auto Electric Wire,Motorcycle Electric Wire,Computer Wire and other various miscellaneous material cables,communication cables etc.The recycling rate can reach 99.9%.

This Copper Wire Recycling Machine is consist of Pre-crusher,Material Conveyor, Crusher, Dust Cleaner, Crushed Material Conveyor, Separator, Pressure-reducing Blower, Dust Collector, Output Unit, and the Underbed.

2.Working procedures of Copper Wire Recycling Machine:

1).The wires/cables are crushed by pre-crusher.

2).Crushed wires/cables are conveyed to second crusher by conveyor .

3).Crushed wires/cables are crushed by second crusher again to have plastic skin and copper granules.

4).The granules (mixture of copper and plastic) are conveyed to the separator, during which procedure the plastic granules (including fiber, rope, or tapes, etc. mixed in the wires) are cleaned by the dust cleaner.

5).The separator is consist of separating board, eccentric device, adjustable amplitude device,and speed adjustable motor, etc. It is used to separate plastic and copper granules.

6).All the units are installed on the underbed to form a whole structure, easy for transportation. The machine is adjusted ready for production before shipment, and customer only need to connect it to the power supply.
