1) Antenna: transmit the signal to Receiver Collar.

NOTE: for PD 265 BL-1, you can use either Signal Channel if you have purchases only one Receiver Collar, while for PD 265BL-2, you have to select one Signal Channel to match signal transmission to one of the two Receiver Collars. After you have determined Signal Channel, please follow steps in User Manual to encode signal transmission between Transmitter and Receiver Collar. 
5) Up/Down button: to adjust levels of Vibration and Static Shock.
6) LED Flashlight button: press to turn ON the LED Flashlight in the Transmitter.
7) Signal Channel button: press to set either channel fro signal transmission. 
8) Launch button: press to start training after you have selected your desired function mode...
9) Mode button: four modes including Static Shock, Vibration, Beep and Light are available.

Important notice:
The Receiver Collar works only if it is correctly encoded with Remote Transmitter, therefore, please follow the setup steps in User Manual carefully when you use the tool for the first time.

Encode signal transmission between Remote Transmitter and Receiver Collar
1) Press Mode button to turn on Remoter Transmitter and adjust levels of Vibration and Static above 0.
2) Press “1/2” button to select a signal channel.
3. Open the rubber cap and press the switch button inside Receiver, which beeps once to indicate the Receiver is on.
4. Press Y button within 10 seconds to encode the signal, at the same time, the Receiver beeps once.
5) If you fail to press Y button within the 10 seconds period, please repeat steps above. 
6) If you have 2 Receiver Collars, press again “1/2” button to select another signal channel for transmission encoding.

A: The effective distance could be as far as 300 meters between Remote Transmitter and Receiver Collar without obstacles in between. Q: I want to test Static Shock function of Receiver Collar myself, but it does not work, is anything wrong?
A: If you test Receiver Collar by your hand or leg, please touch the 2 screw caps (electrodes) at the same time, touching only one screw cap (electrodes) will not work.

Q: How long can I continuously deliver vibration or Static Shock to my pet?
A: The maximum amount of time you can press the Vibration or Static Shock to your pet continuously is 10 seconds. After this, the Remote Transmitter will time-out, and you have to release Y button and press Y button again to restart Vibration or Static Shock function.

Q: Is the Receiver Collar of PD 265BL waterproof? 
A: Your pet can wear it when drinking water or in rainy days, however your pet can’t wear it when swimming or diving.

Q: What do I do if my pet’s neck becomes red and irritated?
A: Discontinue use of the Pet Trainer for a few days. If the condition persists beyond 48 hours, see your veterinarian. Even if the skin returns to normal, monitor your pet’s skin condition closely.

Each time after you restrain your pet's misbehavior, you can tell your pet what is supposed to do and what is not supposed to do. And after a number of repetitions your pet understand what you like and what you don’t like.

Q: How long will it take to get my pet trained well?
A: It takes time to eliminate a misbehavior or teach an obedience command. Please be patient. Overquick training may not lead to ideal outcomes.

Q: The Pet Trainer does not work, or my pet does not respond after correct installation of the Pet Trainer, how should I solve this problem?
A: Make sure both Remote Transmitter and Receiver Collar have enough power to operate.
Intensity level has to setup at over ”0” when encoding, test to launch for Vibration and Static Shock function.
Check to see if Receiver Collar is turned on.
Check “1/2” button on Remote Transmitter to ensure Signal Channels are correctly configured.
Try re-encoding Remote Transmitter and Receiver Collar.
Take off Receiver Collar and test all of the four functions work properly.
Receiver Collar goes into Standby mode after 4 minutes without movement. And any gentle movement can activate it. 
Make sure Receiver Collar is properly worn and the collar can’t be too loose.
Trim your pet’s fur where the screw caps (contact points) touch the neck and/or change to the longer contact points.
