4. Raw materials of poultry feed production line:
The raw materials can bewheat ,soybean, bran, oat ,soybean meal ,cottonseed meal and so on .
5. Working principles of poultry feed production line:
This machine can be divided into two parts, including crushing structure and mixing structure.
A:The crushing structure: The raw materials were put into the grinder by self-suction tube, with the beating of the hammers, the raw materials will be crushed into mash feed.Then under the effect of the centrifugal air, the mash feed will pass the sieve to get into the mixer impeller.
B:The mixing structure: The mixer impeller transport the mash feed to the main shaft of mixer while mash feed are sent to the mixer top by screw, then powder feeds are poured down along the wall of mixer. Repeat this process until the feed is blend well and completely. Then open the discharge outlet, take out the finished feed.
