1.before drawing, oxide skin of wire rod shoud be removed

 two ways of drawing: powder-drawing to draw thicker wire; water-drawing to draw thinner wire

2.annealing to reduce the T/S of the wire

3.acid-washing to remove the impurities on the surface  of the steel wire, preparing for the galvanized

   concentration of the HCl is 17%

4.feature of our electro galvanized wire: uniform galvanized, smooth surface

5.packaging is according to your requirements, general coil weight is 50kg, 100kg

Process : Have been gone through wire drawing,acid washing,rust removing,annealed and coiling.

Hot-dipped Galvanized Iron Wire: BWG8 to BWG36 from 4.0mm to 0.19mm
Electro Galvanized Iron Wire: BWG8 to BWG38 from 4.0mm to 0.15mm
