WZH-AC-2015-CP001  Galvanised C purlin

      Z&C purlins is a revolutionary product which has been technically approved and accepted all over the world by architects & engineers. Its extraordinary shape increase its strength and load taking capacity, usages of purlins results in cost saving upto 50% in structural steel as compared to traditional rolled section and hollow sections.It is available in customized lengths, thus there is no need of any fabrication, cutting or welding at the site,and hence there is no material waste or fabrication cost. It is also available in various thickness and sizes, the customer also has the option to buys high quality galvanized C&Z purlin. 

Usually, when applied C&Z purlin in the steel structure, it will reduce steel frame building weight,and roof steel quantity, so it is economic and efficiency. And certainly it is the best choice of C&Z purlin in steel structure building.

WZH-AC-2015-CP001  black steel C purlin

This model of C purlin made from the slit steel coil, the original color is black, as it is the color of steel. Usuaaly we will paint it before use, to make it can have a longer using time. The paint in our factory for the color C purlin, we paint it twice. 

For the color, we can make as your need.

Material C purlin:
Q235B Steel (Chinese standard steel), SS304, SS316 & SS316L

Surface Finish C purlin:
Electro zinc plated – for indoor use to BS EN 12329-2000

Powder coated - for indoor use to JG/T3045-1998, between 6 and 10 microns thick

Hot Dipped Galvanized – for outdoor use to BS EN 1461-1999, between 60 and 80 microns thick

Electrolytic Polishing – for stainless steel use
