1. Brief Introduction of BSM counter-flow pellet cooler machine 

    BKLN Series fodder counterflow cooler is a kind of advanced coller equipment for granule materials, mainly equipped in feed production line,used for cooling the granular matrials produced from pelletr which contain centain mmoisture and higher temperature,drying and cooling ,meet the storage requirements.

3. Working Principle of BSM counter-flow pellet cooler machine 

      1).The hot and wet pellets which come from the Pellet Press enter into the cooler from the Air Lock on the top of cooler and through taper type  distributor equipment which can make pellets to different top, bottom, left, right and middle parts enter in the cooler.
     2).When Cooler starts to work, the pellets will be accumulated gradually. When the position of pellets arrives to Level Detector, the brake motor will be connected to start work. Through Reducer and eccentric mechanism to drive the Discharge Frame to move from left to right to discharge the materials.

     3).Fan is always running during the whole cooling process. The pellets in the cooler flow from top to bottom and the Air flows from bottom to top. The above two flow positions are opposite which can form counter-flow cooling. Therefore, this Cooler belongs to counter-flow type.

     4).The pellets will stay in the cooler for some time, the natural air will enter into the cooler from the bottom. It will make heat exchange through the material’s layer in the body of Cooler. The fan will pump the Air and take out of the heat and moisture. It can realize the functions of Cooling and reduce the moisture at the same time.

    1). Counterflow cooler has low air comsuption;
    2).The temperature difference between pellets and cold air decreas to the minume;
    3).The discharging system of counterflow cooler ensure pellets distribute uniform.
