1.Brief introduction of animal feed pellet cooler

♥ pellet cooling machine is used to cool 2to8mm dimension pellets, when outlet pellets from pellet machines, the pellets temperature is about 60-80 centigrade, after cooling, the temperature is not higher than the room terperature+3-5, about 25 centigrade.   

♥ If we directly pack biomass pellet into bags after pressed by pellet machine, the pellets will be easily broken or become moldy due to hot temperature. But after cooling , there will not exist this problem. Especially for larger than 500kg/h capacity , pellet production line must use pellet cooler.

3.Features of pellet cooler machine:

 1. The counterflow cooling principle is adopted to cool the pellets with high temperature and moisture. Hot air touches hot pellets with high moisture and cool air touches cooled pellets with l ow moisture so as to avoid the pellet surface crack caused by sudden cooling produced by direct touching between cool air and hot pellets.

 2. Air-enclosed feeder is adopted for feeding so as to avoid the air crossing at the feeding inlet, resulting in good cooling effect. .

3. Upper and lower lever indicators control the cooling time automatically.

4. Slide reciprocating discharger has smooth and reliable discharging.
