3) We'll supervising goods ship in to container & take photos for customer.Our powerful shipping agency will offer best sea freight fee 

and responsible for detail treatment to goods.

4) Operation manual in English provided.If you need other language manual,we can provide you based on adding little cost.

5) We prepare free spare parts in a toolbox for customer for emergency use.  

6) We make record for every machine chassis no.and tracing them to get the latest information about the machine. And give the best 

service timely. 

7) Exclude the guarantee period, you can buy parts from us at moderate cost price. We promise support service for the machine till it

 reject. 

We will provide replacement parts if fault happens during ultimate users’ normal using on account of unqualified material or manufacture. 14 months or 2000 working hours,which comes first , will be given as guarantee period to the following items:Engine, controller assembly, gear box; driving axle; steering axle; wheel hub;wheel rim; cylinder; arrester; high-pressure hose; Pump; control valve; Fork;chain; mast bearing; for more detailed guarantee terms, we will list it in contract.
