1.Product Introduction 

1.1 APPLICATION:

Verification of the fabrication integrity of filter element;

Verification of the maximum pore size of filter material and element;

♦ Various industries all sheet filter materials and filter elements

1.3 Test Items

♦ Integrity (test the filtration material without damage,filter element joint, End cap oil contamination defects)
♦ The first bubble point pressure, maximum pore size of the filter medium
♦ Group bubble point pressure, average pore size of the filter medium
♦ Filtration rating (More than β20 corresponds to the reference value)

1.4 Test Bench Options

♦ Thickness of the filter material over (0.1-3) mm, special jig, the test medium tank can be custom made.

1.5 APPLICABLE SCOPE:

Verification of the pore size of filter material and filtration rating;

The fiber formula of filter material process,process method and the repeated test when filtration rating is developed;

Verification of the integrity of filter element

Note: Isopropanol infiltration angle is zero, easy for calculation, and surface tension stability

1. Convenient to install the filter element or media

2. Filter element and material test state conversion is convenient (by adjusting three-way valve wrench)
3. Air pump installed,as long as 220V voltage socket is provided
4. Small size, convenient to move, office table can also be used(Pay attention to position to avoid resonance)
