1.  Product introduction 

PLF series filter is installed on the different pressure lines of the hydraulic system; it has high oil-passing capacity, low initial pressure loss, high dirt-holding capacity and so on, which can meet the various requirements from the customers.

2. Product characteristics

Filter basic construction

PLF series filter is composed of filter top cover and spin-on housing. Filter top cover is integral type, according to the customer requirements, the flow direction and the mounting hole position can be custom-made.

2.1 Housing material
Filter top cover material: Ductile cast iron
Filter bowl material: Carbon steel

2.2 Seals
Perbunan (= NBR) (-30~+120°C)
Viton (= FPM)(-20~+200°C)

2.3 Filter element
Filter medium material(refer to P142)
High strength carbon steel skeleton

Electrical clogging indicator:CS-V

The characteristic curves of filter element are suitable for the mineral oil with kinematic viscosity 30 mm2/s.Differential pressure and viscosity is proportional.
