At present, the domestic hydraulic oil tank manufacturing mainly consists of ordinary low carbon steel plate by bending and welding, the tank inner surface without preservative treatment or only pickling and phosphatic treatment, its corrosion resistance is very low, very prone to corrosion in oil production and storage process; in addition, during the usage process of oil tank, due to the presence of the water and high temperature  in the hydraulic oi together, it is easy to rust on inner wall of oil tank. These corrosion is fatal harm to the hydraulic system, which will directly reduce the cleanliness of hydraulic oil, seriously affect the stability of hydraulic

Our company produces the hydraulic oil tank, the imported Japanese aluminized steel plate is adopted with mold punching stretch forming, using a special welder welding, the welding process does not damage the coating, the tank wall does not need antiseptic treatment. At the same time, aluminum plate has excellent conduction performance, can effectively reduce the temperature of the hydraulic oil.
