We can supply spare parts for BOMCO Mud pump F-500, F-800, F-1000, F-1300, F-1600, F-2200 . Such as valve, valve seats, liner, piston, fluid end parts, crankshaft Assembly, Pinionshaft assembly, valve cover, liner cage, liner nut, valve seat puller, extension rod and piston rod, bearing, cylinder etc.

Our premium liners are made of a forged steel outer shell and a high chromium iron inner sleeve. The out shell is centrifugally forged with high quality carbon steel, with Tensile Strength > 610Mpa, Yield Strength > 450 Mpa, Elongation >17%, Hardness HB -180-200; The inner sleeve is centrifugally forged with high chrome iron alloy, with Hardness over HRC62 after heat treatment. Each liner is machined to close tolerances to assure ease of installation and long liner life with the inside diameter of these premium liners honed to a mirror-like finish for smooth even wear during the life of the liner. It could serve more than 800 hours.

Our ceramic liners are made of a forged steel outer shell and a ceramic inner sleeve. We can supply Zirconia(ZrO₃) sleeves as well as Alumina(Al₂O3) sleeves. The ceramic liners are mainly used for well drilling and geological explorations especially widely used in harsh oil mining environment, offshore well&gas exploration etc. It serves a 5 to 10 times longer life than metal products, and will cut down the mining cost of more than 50%.

The bi-metal liner is composed of two layers and fixed tightly. The outer sleeve is forged steel with abrasion resistance, it adapts the technology of centrigugal forging; the inner sleeve is high chromium iron with wear&corrosion resistance, after heat treatment, the hardness of it can reach to a lever of 62 RC.

The bi-metal liners produced by us strictly control the tolerance, assure the easy installation, inner sleeve is highly polished with abrasion&corrosive resistance, can used in various bad working environment with longer service life.

Liner Outer Sleeve: 45#forged steel, tensile strength is σb>610MPa, yield strength is σs>450MPa, ,elongation hardness is §>17%,hardness is HRC180-200

Liner Inner Sleeve: high chromium cast iron (centrifugal forged). Annealing hardness is HRC≤40. Quenching hardness is HRC59-67
