We have gear hobbing machine, gear shaping machine and gear grinding machine. We can process the teeth accroding to the different specification.

Fifth

If the clients have hardness requirement in teeth, we can do the high-frequency quenching in teeth.

Sixth

After finishing production, we can test the hardness to make sure it can meet the requirement on the drawings.

1 Q: What are your company's main products?

A: We produce transmission parts and some mechanical equipments. And we can also source other good products for our clients in China.

(1) Transmission Parts: sprocket, gear, splined shaft, rack, bushing, timing chain kit etc. We have more than 200 models timing sprockets. And we have much experience in making the agricultural sprockets.

(2) Mechanical Equipments: test sieve, vibrating screen, conveyor, bucket elevator etc.
(3) Others: all the products in China.

2 Q: What is your main market?

A: Our main markets are in Asia, Europe and America. But we also keep close eyes on Africa and Australia. We will make our product promotion to all of the world.

3 Q: How long is the usual delivery time?
