Piston Structure
Piston details:
(1) Working condition: 2000℃-2500℃ temperature, 3-5 Mpa pressure, 8-12 m/s working speed.
(2) Common material: Aluminum Alloy (lighter in weight and higher thermal conductivity); Senior Cast Iron (heavier in weight, greater strength and resistance to wear); Heat-resisting Steel, Hypereutectic Al-Si Alloy, Hypoeutectic Al-Si Alloy, Eutectic Al-Si Alloy, Multi-Cast Iron and Ductile-Cast Iron etc.
(3) Produce process: Casting, Forging, Melted Metal Squeezing.
(4) Piston structure: Piston Head, Piston Pin Bore, Piston Pin, Skirt, Ring Grooves, Ring Lands and Piston Rings.
(5) Piston types: Solid Skirt Pistons, Shim Type Pistons, Strut Type Pistons, Ring Carrier Pistons, Strut with Ring Carrier Type Pistons, Keystone Groove Pistons, Oil Cooled Pistons.
(6) Piston features: Phosphating, Top Oxidization, Top Molybdenium Disulfide, Sn(tin)Plated on Skirt, Graphite on Skirt, Alfin, Double Alfin, None Alfin, Steel Pieces, Drilling, Oil-cooling Channel, Three or Four Ring Grooves, Ceramic Spraying and Hard Iron Plating, etc.
(7) Treatment: Sn Plated, Skirt Printing Graphite, Phosphating, Spray MoS2, Top Anodic Oxidation.
(8) Functions: High Temperature Resistant, High Pressure Resistant, Anti Abrasive.
(9) Smaple and Drawing are available to meet your specifications.
