The company has fixed assets of 50 million RMB and covers an area of about 15,000 square meters. At present, we have about 38 employees, including 8 technical personnel, 12 management personnel, marketing personnel. There are more than 80 sets of production & test equipments, including computerized coiling machine, wire forming system, hot coiled spring line, computer 8-model machine, automatic quenching & annealing line, automatic grounding machine and shot peening machine. With the most advanced spring production equipments, we can manufacture different kinds of springs with diameter from 0.1mm to 80.0mm. Our daily output is about 40 million pieces. Spring hardware products are widely used in transportation accessories, agricultural equipments, elevator accessories, sports fitness equipments and other industries.
