C  Code key for ground milling inserts 

The code for ground milling inserts consists of the code for type,code for milling inserts(incuding code

for the clearance angle of the cutting edge) and the ic code.

when necessary ,Z or Y is addded to represent left hand or right hand inserts.  

     example:

      3 x H 10 z

 3:Code for equilateral triangle

 x:Code for milling inserts

 H:Code for the clearance angle

 10:IC 10mm

 z:Left hand insert.

 The surface of the grounded inserts shall be 1.25 microns minimum.

 The tolerance of the inner hole (fixation hole)of the blanks is +/-0.13mm

 The tolerance of the clearnace angle is <=1°

 A concave of 0.1mm is allowed on the bosom of the insert blank.

 The chip on the cutting edge should be no more than 0.2mm and 0.3mm is allowed in the other places.

 No lump material should stick to the cutting edge of the blanks and a light adhesion is allowed in other places.
