Cemented tungsten carbide block/plates/blanks

Santon produces a variety of carbide blanks such as cemented carbide strips, hardmetal plates, non-magnetic carbides, tungsten carbide flats, carbide sheets, hard alloy blocks, and other carbide preforms. Typically, the Cobalt percentage is 6-15%.

Lower cobalt - higher hardness
Higher cobalt - higher toughnes

Special shapes and sizes carbide blanks can be manufactured by Santon to suit client's specifications with appropriate grades, competitive pricing and prompt delivery for mining, construction, forestry and agriculture industries.

Q. What's the payment term?	A. We accept Western union, Onetouch, T/T, and L/C. 30% T/T deposit and 70% balance before shipment, or agaisnt copy of BL, or L/C at sight.
Q. How about delivery time?	A. For ready to press items, lead time is 20~25 days, while for new molds, it will need 10 days more to open molds. If you have a urgent order, we will do our utmost to push for it.
