high quality Agriculture Chains for harvester

    We have more than 10 years of experience of exporting all kinds of agricultural chains. Our R&D

department enabled us to support you for your special requirements. Quality is ensured from choosing of material, punching, heat treatment, assembling, aging testing, etc.

Quality Control: 

We use in process inspection and pre-shipment inspection. Before mass production.

we  do necessary tests to some parts. Like hardness of the pin by durometer (Pls see below picture), corrosive performance by salt spry testing. 

Improved design of bolts: Now we use 3 points self-locking nut. The mechanical strength and life span is better.

At the beginning we use nylon self-locking(pls see below picture),later we 3 points self-locking. The 3

points were on the top of the nut(pls see below picture). But the screw itself is not allowed to be too long for installation, so the 3 points could only snap a few threads on the top of the screw. Now we make the points on the centre so that it can snap the screw longer in distance(Pls see below picture).

The grade of the bolt is international standard 8.8 grade.

When assembly ,every bolt must have the same torque up to 40-50 NM to ensure the consistency and

avoid loosing. We test it by torque wrench(Pls see below picture)

Torque Wrench:

Consistency on C-C  distance : 

Consistency on C-C distance(sprockt distance on every slat),it avoid the friction and vibration between

srockets and the chain.
First, we use mould to cut the T-slat and punch the hole to ensure the precision and consistency.(pls see below picture)
Second, We use big fixture when assembly to make sure the consistency on C-C distance. 

treatment:

Appropriate heat treatment to each part makes it hard. 

Aging Test: 

After assembling,chains will be put on a aging test machine to make sure it will run perfect after installed into combines(Pls see below picture) 

Above process ensure the quality of our chains.
Under a slow and continuously pulling force, the Min tensile up to 39.1KN.
Precision on the lenth of the chain within 0.3%.
And it can't easily become loose after running on the machine.

Packing:

Plastic bag + wooden case to protect the parts from deformation and rust.
