Manufacturing Process of Stainless Steel Sheet/Plate:

Raw materials are sending to hot rolling units for rolling into different sizes.
→Hot rolled material is annealing in cold rolled annealing furnace and pickling in acid.
→All mill rolls are grinded on precision grinding machine with proper chamfering after first shift operation.
→All sheets are pickled in different tanks and dried on brush roll machine before dispatched.
→These sheets are again annealing and are sent to straighten machine for straightening.
→Inspections are done at various stages. Keep proper control overall internal process via rolling, annealing and pickling by our experienced staff. 

Differences between BA and No.8:

BA (Bright Annealed)
The surface is like a mirror, which is bright, smooth and reflective. There are several steps of procession. First step is the cold-rolling with highly polished rolls, next followed by annealing in an oxygen-free atmospheric condition. However, the degree of brightness relies on the grade, gauge and annealing conditions. The final surface developed can have "MIRROR" type finish similar in appearance to the highly polished No. 8 Finishes.
Mostly it is used in Kitchen appliance and construction.

No.8(8K)
This is a buffed finish having a high degree of reflection. It is produced by progressively using finer abrasives and finishing with extremely fine buffing compounds. The final surface is blemish free with a high degree of image clarity, and is the true mirror finish.
Generally speaking, 8K is as bright as mirrors while surface of 6K is a little rough.
It is mainly for decorative uses.
