Cylindrical roller bearing have:

Single roller,double roller and four roller bearing.

Single roller:N,NU,NJ,NF,NUP,NFP,NH series

Double roller:NN,NNU,NNF series

Four roller:FC,FCD series

NU309 belong to single roller bearing.

Single roller bearing have some types:

1) Single Row Cylindrical Roller Bearings without inner Ring rib (NU type)

2) Single Row Cylindrical Roller Bearings with single inner ring rib( NJ type)

3) Single Row Cylindrical Roller Bearings with single inner ring rib and loose rib (NUP type)

4) Single Row Cylindrical Roller Bearings without out ring rib ( N type)

5) Single Row Cylindrical Roller Bearings with single inner ring rib and thrust separate ring(NJ+HJ type)

6) Single Row Cylindrical Roller Bearings with single out ring rib (NF type)

Double row cylindrical roller bearing types:

1)NN:Outer ring without flange,the inner ring of the two guard intermediate in the guard.

2)NNU:Both sides of outer ring have flange, intermediate have flange,inner ring withour flange.

3)NNF:Double full cylindrical roller bearing.

 Four roller bearing types:

FC:Double outer rings,single inner ring,without ribs.

FCD:Double outer rings,double inner rings,without ribs.

FCDP:Double outer rings,with center and loose ribs,double inner rings,without ribs

NU309 roller bearing dimensions:

Cylindrical roller bearing feature:

(1) Roller and roller way for line contact or repair referrals contact, radial bearing capacity is big, is designed to withstand heavy loads and shock load.

(2) Small friction coefficient, suitable for high speed, limit speed close to deep groove ball bearing

(3) N type and NU type can be axial movement, can adapt for thermal expansion or installation error caused by the shaft and housing relative position change, can make free end bearing use.

(4) For shaft or seat hole processing the demand is higher, after installation bearing outer axis relative deviation to kept under strict control, so as to avoid the contact stress concentration

(5) Inner ring or their cups are separable for easy to install and remove.

Construction type:

(1) Outer ring without rib N0000 series and inner ring without rib NU0000 series,this kind of bearing can bear big radial load,high limit speed, not bound shaft or shell axial displacement, can't accept axial load.

(2)Inner ring and outer ring with rib NJ0000,NF0000 series bearing  can be bound shaft or shell a direction of the axial displacement, and can accept smaller unilateral axial load
