JBY12QSK Electro-motor Driven Glass PressJBY12QSK Electro-motor Driven Glass Press(Same asJBY24-30UKJ ) is used for two-half hinged mould glassware manufacturing and various closed mould glassware and miscellaneous items.
The characteristics of JBY12QSK Electro-motor Driven Glass Press are mainly those as follows: The press is double-punching open-able glass press by hinge. It adopts Y electro-motor driven and mechanical transmission, with special designed Geneva structure moving intermittently, so that overcome instant impact during start-up and stop of the grooved pulley. Therefore, the press can run stable during the rapid moving.
The max speed is 45times/min. The press is double punching, so the efficiency is two times than before, with max production 90pcs/min.
The press is controlled by mechanical, electrical and pneumatic approach and PLC; adopts AC variable-frequency inverter to enable automatic trace and infinite speed variation.
The best advantage of this Press is high stability, low noise, easy operation and high efficiency.
