The characteristics of mixture ratio design

The quality of fly-ash brick has close connection with the choice of equipment, technics, raw material, and under the condition of mainframe machine fixed, reasonable mixture ratio not only increase products’ quality but also increase fly ash slag quantity used, so that the cost will be decreased. Reasonable granular composition is the basic guarantee of solid degree of fly-ash brick. Under certain temperature, humidity and time, the SiO2 in fly ash and sand will have hydrothermal synthesis react to silicate, aluminate and silicon aluminate with CaO in lime and CaSO4 in gypsum. That is the fundamentality of compressive strength produced. The mixture ratio should be adjusted according to the exact contents in raw material. The basic mixture ratio is listed below.
