 1,introduction of Aerated Autoclaved Concrete block machine , AAC light weight block production line , AAC block machine in Indonesia :

          Aerated concrete brick (light brick ) is the light and porous building material. It has light weight, keeping temperature ,unburned  and other advantages .It can be made into many kinds of bricks(for example:600×200×100,80×80×180,240×115×53,600×200×125),they could be used industry building and common building .The size of brick can be changed by the requirement. They are more and more popular in the world .In the future , they will replace the clay brick completely.

2, Aerated concrete common conception of Aerated Autoclaved Concrete block machine , AAC light weight block production line , AAC block machine in Indonesia :

        Common concrete density is usually 1600-2400kg/m3,but Aerated concrete are 500kg/m3, 600kg/m3, 700kg/m3. It has not the big grain ,main use silicon material (for example :coal ash ,sand ,stone dust and others ),through making the material small for example sand ,they can be used directly if has enough degree of small (for example coal ash .Mixing calcium material lime cement water to a special slop ,then add the aluminum powder and the additive .Make the aluminum dust and the special slop have a chemical reflect .Then produce Hydrogen to make the concrete slop to expanding or swell ,foam .Next ,put them into the curing room to concreting, cutting, steaming curing .last ,they will become the light brick ,the porous rate is 70-80%.

   (1)light weight

     Aerated concrete density is usually 400-700kg/m3,(according the market in produce ),same as 1/3 of clay brick and 1/5 common concrete .So use the Light brick can reduce the weight of the build more ,and also reduce the beam of roof and pillar press best .Then you can see ,it can save the material and cost ,it also fighting shaking.

    (2)thermal insulation

     It has high porosity. The delivery heating coefficient is 0.9-0.22W/ (mk),the same as  1/4 or 1/5 of clay brick ,so it is the best materials now in the world. Also have many kinds of raw material , have the lowest waste.

     Main Raw Material:cement,quicklime ,gypsum , coal ash (fly ash), sand and other silicon materials.

  The production line is composed of raw material silo ,belt conveyor, ball mill, slurry storage tank , beater ,mixing and pour machine , mold , grouping conveyance mechanism ,cutting machine ,turnover conveyor device and tilting hoist, steam generating system(boiler), autoclave , steam distribution system , production conveyor device and production hoist and so on.

Cutting machine :

     The tilting hanger turns the mould 90 degrees in the air, demould the blank and puts it on the cutting table together with the side plate .The blank on the cutting table is cut by the longitudinal cutting device through the motor and its own running .After completion and running at the pause position ,the blank is cut horizontally by the cross cutting device when it is driven by the motor to the center of the blank .The cross cutting holder drops and cuts vertically from up to down until it is reset upward.

Overturned demould spreader and grouping hoister

     Overturned demould spreader is installed in green body transport machine, the lift and overturn of spreader is controled by hydraulic station ,overturn spreader make the green body, mould ,side plate overturned rotated 90°,hoisting in cutting platform or cutting trolley, after demould ,green body can be cutted ,overturned demould spreader make the mould and side plate fold ,and make mould put into the rail.

Autoclave

AAC block green body will be steamed in autoclave kettle and get high strength.
