1. Autoclave aerated concrete block plant introduction:

Areated concrete block (light blocck ) is the light and porous buidling material. It has light keeping temperature cant burn and other advantages.it can be made into many kinds of blocks (for example:600×200×100,80×80×180,240×115×53,600×200×125),they could be used industry building and common building.they are more and more popular in the world.in the future,they will replace the Clay brick completely.

2.the common AAC material:

one is flyash ,cement , lime ,gypsum and aluminum powder ,two is sand ,cement ,lime ,gypsum and aluminum powder.

ing process:take flyash for example:

1.the loader load the flyash into material hopper, the flyash through belt conveyor into slurry making machine,the water will be added into the slurry making machine, then will produce flyash slurry.

2. after slurry out of slurry making machine enter into concrete pit, slurry will be send into two slurry store mixer through slurry pump.   

3.when need slurry to batch, slurry be release from slurry store mixer and enter into concrete pit which under the slurry store mixer.there another slurry pump take slurry into slurry measure scale automatically,at the same time lime, cement, gypsum will be added into cement lime gypsum measure scale , automatically one by one. Then all the material will added into slurry pouring mixer automatically ,at the same time aluminum powder will be added into slurry pouring mixer by manual after manual measure scale ,all material are mixed in the slurry pouring mixer, after 4-6 mins mixing,all material will be poured into mould box. All the work are operated by PLC ,all automatically.

4. after slurry poured into mould box, frequency conversion ferry cart will take the mould box into curing room, the process is also automatical

5 .when all the mould box move into curing room, all mould box move process is automatical , under the mould box, there will have automatic roller to support moving and be controlled by PLC in the curing room.

6. after curing ,the mould box with block will move into reversion crane position, reversal crane will lift and do de-mould work ,put the block with pallet on the cutting translational cart then will have level cutting and vertical cutting process, the cutting process are done by PLC automatically

7. after cutting the block will be transport into steam trolley by transporting block crane ,the crane will be controlled by windless control devise or wind control devise

8.after finish prepare 6 steam trolley(12 blocks ),they will enter into autoclave through windlass machine in the autoclave ,sand will be 10-11 hours and flyash will be 7-8 hours steam, the pressure is 1.1-1.3 Mpa, then the finished block out of the autoclave and enter into store area

9. the empty pallet and steam trolley will be send back to reversal crane and re-organized into new mould box to use again steam trolley will be transported into the preparing enter into autoclave area to reuse

5.AAC some important :

1.Product weight is according to 600kg/m3 to control.

2.set raw  material proportion: cement 6.5%, raw lime 23%, flyash 68%, gypsum 3%, aluminum paste powder 350g/M3.

3.water and material rate 0.631

4. one mould product 2.88M3,4*1.2*0.6=2.88M3

5. pouring slurry cycle time 5-6 minutes, cut cycle time 5 minutes.

6. pouring slurry temperature 38-42 degree

7 .curing time in curing room is 1.5-2.5hours(Flyash)2.5-4hours(Sand), temperature 40-50 degree, after curing body strength is 0.15-0.18Mpa

8. Steam curing in autoclave cycle time, flyash 7-8 hours,sand 10-11hours,the pressure is 1.1-1.3Mpa,the temperature is 180-190 degree
