4.Technical process of small wheel loader

The working device of the wheel loader consists of boom, rocker arm, tie and rod. 

Boom is of single-skin structure, the back-end supported on the front vehicle frame, front-end attached to the bucket, 

central part connected with boom cylinder. When the boom cylinder stretch or withdraw, it makes the 

boom pivot rotate around its rear end to achieve the hoist and descend of the bucket. 

The rocker arm is of single structure with the central part connecting with the swing boom. 

When the bucket cylinder stretch or withdraw, it makes the rocker arm rotates around the support point to 

achieve the supra-vergence and down of the bucket through tension rod.
