Toilet Paper Production Line Machine Main Features:

7. Use the up-threading way to winding the finished product. Adopts front and back jogging button to guide paper ,

8. High speed rewinding can reach the speed of 180-200m/min,that is to say, it can push out the log after rewinding in 8-12 seconds.( perforating distance is 110mm, the sheet number set as 200, it is complete the rewinding process in 14 seconds).

 The Machine mainly used for producing toilet rolls . It features on automatic trimming , sealing,  embossing and perforating. The machine adopts PLC  technology,variable speed adjustment,electronic braking, and touch button mult-imenu type LCD  screen  operation control  panel. And  we  independently  developed  long-distance communication service system. It can detect the machine running at any time. Also the machine is newly added coreless roller shaped   rewinding  system. It's adopt  PLC  wind   pipe-shaped new technology .It's no need to put core or stainless steel pipe. It's full upgrade
