Rotary kiln/rotary calciner is the main equipment for calcining cement clinker. The rotary kiln produced by our company can be used in chemical and metallurgy industries,etc.

Through technical innovation, such advanced domestic technologies as hydraulic thrust roller metering and punler pump with high messuring accuracy, high-precision, speed regulator value and contact-type, graphite block sealing device are adopted in the rotary kiln calcining system.

In order to improve its automation level, industrial TV fire monitor is adopted at kiln head, analog fluorescent screen has been used for displaying process flow and infrared scanning system has been adopted in the calcining zone to directly reffect the calcing conditions on the computer.

With these technologies, it becomes more intuitive in vision, convenient in operation and reliable in operation, and thereby stabilize the themodynamic system and improve the running rate of the equipment.

Compared to other kiln with same specification, this rotary calciner's operation rate has increased by 3-5%, capacity has increased by 5-10% abd heat consumption has reduced by 15%.

It formed by kiln body, sealing device,driving device, supporting device and covers.

The rotary body is circled by steel plate,firebricks are inlaid inside the body, there is 3.5% slant angle between the rotary body and horizontal line, three tyre belts are supported on three Supporting devices separately, and a big gear ring is installed in the middle of body. The body is drived by motor, speed reducer, little gear, big gear.
