1. We ensure the belts manufactured strictly in accordance with the contracted data sheet. If any lower standard (proved by the third party), we will provide the following compensate options:

a. Replace with new belts which match the original data.

b. Return the value of the defected belt

2. If the belt quantity,either short in length or in roll NO.(the shortage has proved by a third neutral party), we will compensate with new belt which match the contracted length(if it short in length). And will compensate with doubled shorted amount (if short in roll NO.)

3. If any delay in delivery, for each day of delay,we will compensate our customer with 1% of the total amount value of this patch of the contracted amount.
