Broken material hits the front impact plate with high kinetic energy, breaks, rebounds back to the rotor, breaks again, flies to the impact room at high speed and repeats. When crushed grains diameters are less than the opening of the rotating radius of the breaker bar and the rear breaker plate, they are discharged as qualified products.
